It may have taken a lot for you to reach out. You're used to figuring things out on your own or you're not sure if you really need therapy. You do know you want to struggle less. You want to feel better.

I know what it's like on both sides of the couch. I aim to make therapy a non-judgemental space to turn down the excess noise and tune into your thoughts, feelings, and values.
